Sizing: We strive to give as much sizing information as possible for each item, so PLEASE feel free to message us with any additional sizing questions prior to ordering.
Orders cannot be changed once they are placed. All Special Preorder and custom order items are FINAL SALE.
Items may be returned in the same condition as purchased within 14 days for a store credit. We only accept unsoiled items without perfume, pet hair, makeup, body odor, with the original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shoes MUST BE in box and box must be DAMAGE FREE. If returned items are received in violation of our return policies, they will be shipped back at the cost of the customer. There is a 10% restocking fee for customers who have returned 10% or more of purchases.
Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days to receive a replacement, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns excludes sale items or coupon code orders valued at 20% or greater, basics, Six at Six deals, bundle deals, swim wear, leggings, bralettes, jewelry, bags, hats, wallets, final sale items, Singles Steals and Deals collection, VIP group only sales, and skin care.
